I didn’t think to take a screenshot of the 10 showing on badge count. This issue where the number shown on the badge count- on my home screen, differing from the actual number in the app started when I first caught an intruder, because that device quickly left after I took screenshots of it. Which raises the question, can these hackers quickly modify, hide or mask the devices they use while stealing the use of my internet? Or is there an issue with the badge count itself? Even if I have all of my devices on, the most it should show is five(5).

I clicked on the app and the number went down to four, one of which it couldn’t identify. Today, the app badge showed 10 devices using my internet. When I go to the main screen of the app(dashboard) the number of devices changes, showing only my own devices. Lately though, the icon badge indicates a bunch of outside devices using my connection.
